Balancing stress is a vital part of Alzheimer's prevention strategy.  This is where stress-relaxation techniques fit into the picture.  One such technique is the Kirtan Kriya, 12 minute yoga meditation.  ARPF has carried out scientific research projects at leading medical schools using the Kirtan Kriya with results showing improved memory, enhanced well being, and anti-aging!

 

This month, ARPF is asking you to share YOUR experience using this 12-minute yoga mediation. We would love to have your video or audio testimonial of how using the Kirtan Kriya has impacted your life in a positive way or the life of someone you love. Be sure to include a video or photo with your story, if you can. Remember - the more information you include, the more likely you are to win!

Submit your entry to: contest@alzheimersprevention.org by November 27th. When you submit your entry, send us your mailing address so you can claim your prize or surprise gift.
